File a bug report

Before you send a bug report, please be sure you have the most recent version of the program you are testing. If you don't, please upgrade first.

PLEASE DO NOT FILE REPORTS WITH OLDER BETA VERSIONS. GET THE LATEST BETA VERSION BY USING THE LINKS BELOW!

The purpose of filing bug reports is to let us know about issues that have not yet been discovered and/or reported. Therefore, we will not be able to reply to reports filed about issues we already know about. Please do not file reports about the following issues as we already know about them and are working on them. Thanks! :)

E-Mail Address:
Please use the FULL AOL E-Mail address, if your screen name has spaces in it, please leave them out. Your screen name must appear as one word. - e.g. screenname@aol.com

Part Two - Error Information

DESCRIBE THE EXACT PROBLEM including any error messages. Please give the EXACT error message, including information you get by clicking the Details button on GPF/IPF error windows. You may paste program error messages here if necessary.

What EXACT steps cause the error/problem?

Are you able to duplicate this error/problem every time (even after a full reboot)? If not every time, how often does the error occur?

In the text box below, please cut and paste in your system information using the following instructions:

Click Start in the Windows taskbar.
Select Programs.
Select TPA Software.
Select the folder of the program you are using.
Select TPA System Information Compiler.
When the program opens click Menu and select Copy To Clipboard.
When prompted to include Installed Applications information, click Yes.
Click Exit.
Finally, place the mouse cursor in the text box below, right-click on your mouse and select Paste.

When you have filled out all of the fields above, click SUBMIT. To start over, click RESET.

Please click SUBMIT only once!
