  Site Update

I found out today that certain competitors of mine (you know who they are, they write bloated, bad software and think they own AOL and all it's members) are spreading rumors via Email that TPA Software will not be updating WavMan for AOL 9.0, and that there will be no WavMan for AOL 9.0. Just further testament to what unprofessional and inappropriate lengths they will go to in order to get people to switch to their cheap garbage. Maybe I'll post a copy of the letter later, maybe I won't. I want to see what they have to say for themselves (and what my lawyer has to say as well before I start a major flame war with them) now that they have been busted in more of their infamous unethical antics. Oh yes, I got them this time. It's all a matter of politics before I expose them for the rats they really are.

Starting false rumours about a rival. Tsk, tsk. Don't you know that there are legal precedents about that? BAD move.

Here is the truth, and you got it right from the source: There will be a WavMan for AOL 9.0 EVENTUALLY. It will not be ready for the release of AOL 9.0, because of a bunch of other things I have going on in my life. As important as TPA Software and its flagship program are to me, they do take second place to my children. That is all I am willing to say at this time. So please...keep the letters and requests to a minimum. It will be ready when it's ready...and it won't be too long. I promise. All I ask for is a little patience.

Thank you.
