For the last few days or so, our support and registrations department have not been getting email that is generated from our website. This means support requests and requests for lost registration numbers have not reached us. If you made such a request and did not get a reply, that is the reason why, and we apologize profusely for the problem. It is currently out of our hands and we are waiting for a resolution from the company that hosts the tpasoft.com website. They have to deal with people at AOL to understand why mail is not able to get through...and if you are familiar with the service AOL provides, you know this can take a little while.
In the meantime, if you have a "mission critical" problem that needs immediate resolving, please email tpasoftware@aol.com. Please be specific, and I mean VERY specific when describing the issue. Mails that simply say "it does not work" won't get a reply.
In the meantime, I am working on a new support system that will totally bypass the AOL mail system as this is not the first time this has happened. It seems to occur once every eight months or so and lasts for a week or so. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of having to deal with it. So as previously stated, I am designed a new system to bypass AOL that won't break down every time AOL hiccups. The good news is that it is all invisible to all out customers. When the new system is implemented, you won't even know it happened, because it's all on my side of things. You will still be able to use the support sites as you did before without any changes you will be aware of. I will however post a note when the system has been updated and is complete.
