The WavMan toolbar is the primary interface for accessing WavMan and all its various functions. This toolbar can be minimized to the AOL menu bar with all access to features intact in the form of sub menus in case you would like to get this toolbar off your screen without closing WavMan!

WavMan's primary function, wav management is handled through the Wav List window. It alphabetizes not only WAV files, but MID and MP3 files as well which makes waving as simple as point and click!

In addition to this eye appealing interface, the Wav List is also resizable.  An array of tools and features can be found, including a multiple wav, mid, mp3 file moving utility, enhanced wav description features and full synchronization between the wav list and the wav descriptions database.  If you you rename a wav using WavMan, the matching description will also be renamed!

All the tools necessary to make wav management and trading productive and easy!  :)

Each WAV, MID and MP3 has six editable descriptions fields including Title, Artist, Album, Year, Genre and Wav Compression.  All description information is saved to a Microsoft Access Database using the MS Jet Database Engine.  You can also pick which fields will be displayed in your Wav Descriptions window/ToolTip window *and* in your E-Mails when you send wavs with descriptions!

With the WavMan Jukebox, you can make your own play lists to include WAV, MID or MP3 files!  The Jukebox acts just like a CD player in which you can preview, randomize or repeat your play list tracks.  Other Jukebox features includes a "shrink" option and "minimize to tray" option so you can listen to your tunes with no window to get in your way.  And gosh, while we were at it we also threw in one extra Jukebox feature.  It will also double as a CD Player.  And if that was not enough, a fully editable CD database in included to save the CD and track names!  :)

For the registered users of WavMan 10, you will be able to use your Jukebox without AOL or WavMan running.  :)

The WavMan Room Organizer sorts, lists and manages your chat rooms.  Grab the new chat rooms names directly from AOL with the click of a button!

Both the Write Mail and Incoming Mail windows have had utilities added to them in the form of buttons located at the bottom right of the windows.  Features include eMail encryption, fading, quoting and several other useful tools!

The WavMan Message Board Enhancements provide extra features when reading and replying message board posts, which allow for customized quoting, replying, and emailing options

WavMan will organize all your open Instant Messages into one Enhanced windows.  Choose from three different styles of interfaces!  Also available is IM logging, AutoAnswer, and selective ignore!

You can also assign aliases to your IM Manager tabs/buttons/list instead of staring at ordinary screen names.

WavMan now officially features two types of alerts for your Instant messages.  Visual and Audio alerts.  WavMan can be set up to display Instant Message screen name and message text when AOL is minimized (or not) so you don't miss your messages.

WavMan's "fader" allows you to send your chat text, wavs, hug, etc. into the room in fades of up to ten colors!   Save fade schemes with identifying remarks and information. This lets other people who download or trade your schemes know who created the scheme!  Tag information includes scheme title, author name, comments and timestamp.  You can even E-Mail Fade Schemes to your friends if you see a Fade Scheme used in the chat room you like or want to trade.

The FancyWav Editor allows for easy design and edit of the FancyWav styles. These are the styles that will surround you wav text when sending them into the chat room. The features allows for complete customizations of your designs and includes a character map window (not shown) for point and click creation of your styles!

This editor window also doubles as the Hug Style editor...they look one in the same!

WavMan can scan your entire hard drive for WAV, MID and MP3 files.  From there you can transfer individual files or make new Wav Categories based on your search results.

The QuickFind utility allows you to fins you online friends fast. It displays the results in one window where you have a variety of tools to use from there!

WavMan's screen name Alias Editor allows you to assign true names to screen names of your friends. Use this tool in conjunction with the Hug manager features!

HotWords allow you to designate up to 30 individual words as "HotWords". When these words are detected in the Chat window, WavMan will play an assigned wav file to get your attention.

The Export/Import Wizard allows you quickly and efficiently backup and restore your WavMan settings in the case of system failures or hard drive crashes!

Naturally, we would hope this not be a common occurrence, but in case it does happen, you'll be prepared with this tool!

The E-Mail a Wav Message Editor can be used to add disclaimer messages (or any messages) to you E-Mail when you use WavMan's "E-Mail a Wav" feature. It utilizes AOL's Rich Text editor so you can use colors, fonts, etc!
